Return Eligibility:

We accept returns request within 7 days from the date of delivery of products. To initiate a return, you can raise a return request by logging into your account > Order History > clicking the Message tab you can raise the request or you can mail us at: [email protected] or connect us on: +91- 6261293806 with your order ID and the reason for return.

Return Process:

Once your return request is accepted, our agent will arrange a pickup from the address you provided. Please ensure that the items and freebies along with the order are being returned in case of return of the complete order and the products are unused and have the price tag attached.

Refund Processing:

After we receive the returned products they’ll go through quality check and verification, a refund, excluding the shipping cost, will be processed. The refund will reflect in your account within 10-15 working days of a successful return.

Please note the following important points:

• For Customized Orders, a refund is applicable only in the case of product/ fabric is damage, defects or have printing defects.
• Products purchased during a sale offer may be eligible for a partial refund.
• Returning one item purchased in a combo: If you bought multiple items in a combo and wish to return one, the refund will be based on the individual item price, not the combo price. For instance, if you bought 3 cotton t-shirts for Rs. 999 with one priced at Rs. 499 and return one, you’ll receive a refund of Rs. 500 (999-499) excluding the shipping charges. Similar conditions apply to other product categories.
